Failure to treat your wooden furniture as advised could result in drying, splitting, and the invalidation of your warranty.

If the return is required as a result of our error, there is no collection charge. In other circumstances, you will be required to cover the cost of the return carriage and the original delivery charge (even when original delivery may have been free of charge). In the case of bulky or heavy furniture items, this cost may be higher than the original delivery charge.
