Home decor ideas for spring time (and Easter)

Are you tired of the cold wintry weather? I know I certainly am. With spring right around the corner, why not brighten up your homes with some of our gorgeous faux flowers? Not forgetting that Easter is right on our doorstep too, we’ve got quite a few home decor ideas for your home to get you in the spirit, from our family of rabbits to our clucking hens. Go on, treat yourself!

If you’re thinking about how you could fill those sunny days, don’t forget the hidden treasures that are right under our noses! Hengistbury head, Durdle Door and Old Harry Rocks are right down the road and provide some of the most stunning views. A personal favourite of mine is Mudeford Quay; my childhood is filled with wonderful memories of crabbing for hours on upon end, having ice cream on the beach and climbing countless trees.

For those of you wanting to branch out further, I recommend venturing to Brownsea Island, you will not regret it. You can travel to either Swanage, Sandbanks or Poole and take the ferry over to the island. Once you’re there, there are various walking routes differing in distance. I walked around the whole island and encountered hidden beaches, beautiful scenery, got lost in the forestry and even saw peacocks and hens roaming around. We have also got the prints of these local scenery on sale, such as Durdle Door print, Old Harry Rocks print, Sandbanks print, their vibrant colors will certainly bright up your walls and set the perfect coastal home theme!

Have fun exploring! Love SCAPE xxx
