This amazing replica of a Flintlock Pistol from 18th Century circa 1789 especially for left handed use, it has been beautifully hand made from elm wood and metal and embellished with engraved motif’s.
The flintlock pistol had the blistering flint stone, which when hammer was triggered, it produced the spark that ignited the gunpowder that fired the lead ball.
Flintlock pistols are one of the most commonly used firearms in the eighteen century, most flintlock pistols required the ammo to be primed and manually re-loaded after each shot.
