Product Description
This beautiful pistol circa 1759 would have been meticulously handcrafted for French royalty or very high ranking courtiers and nobles. It was one of the first pistols that allowed the user to prime three barrels simultaneously essentially creating a lethal advantage for its wielder as at the flick of the wrist you can turn the barrel to fire another shot off, while your adversary would be needing to re-load.
It would have been fitted with a solid gold imperial eagles head on the bottom of the handle which would have been carved out of ivory and adorned with gold motifs. Truly a work of art rather than a lethal weapon. Handcrafted in Spain, this replica pistol is a collectable piece.
